The students will be admitted to B.A. LL.B. 5 year Degree Course/LL.B 3 year / B.B.A LL.B. 5 year Degree Course. at the Bharati Vidyapeeth's New Law College. Pune on the basis of merit obtained by them in the LL.B. Entrance Test 2013.
The candidate has to secure minimum 50% marks in LL.B. Entrance Test 2013 to qualify for provisional admission in LLB 3 year / B.A. (Law)./B.B.A (Law) 5 year Degree Course.

The result of B.B.A LL.B.(5 Years) Entrance Examination will be declared on 22nd June, 2013. .It shall be notified in the office of the college and on the websites- www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net / www.bvuniversity.edu.in / www.bvpnlcpune.org.
The result of B.A LL.B(5 Years) Entrance Examination will be declared on 24th June, 2013. .It shall be notified in the office of the college and on the websites- www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net / www.bvuniversity.edu.in / www.bvpnlcpune.org.
The result of LL.B (3 years) Entrance Examination will be declared on 24th June, 2013. .It shall be notified in the office of the college and onon the websites- www.bharatividyapeethuniversity.net / www.bvuniversity.edu.in / www.bvpnlcpune.org.
The candidates will have to confirm his/her admission by paying the total fees on the date of counseling and spot admission. Subsequent claim for admission will not be entertained after the date of counseling.
Reservation Rules of Government of Maharashtra are applicable for LLB 3 Yrs & B.A. LLB 5 year Courses.
The candidates who have passed the LL.B Entrance Test 2013 and have obtained minimum 50% marks shall be admitted on the basis of merit.
The candidate’s admission is provisional till he/she clears the eligibility requirement.
The rules of Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University will be applicable for refund of fees, in case of cancellation of admission within specific period ie 15 days from the date of admission.
The LL.B. entrance exam fees - Rs. 1000/- can be paid in cash or through DD in favour of the Registrar, Bharati Vidyapeeth Deemed University , Pune, payable at Bharati Sahakari Bank Ltd., Pune. payable at pune
The DD shall be enclosed with the application form and the DD number and the name of the bank shall be entered in the application form
